I, on behalf of the Property do hereby understand and consent to the following:
I understand that any personal information submitted under the BetterHomes Huntsville will be used only for the purpose of processing my application under the program.
I understand that only staff at the Town of Huntsville and associated consultants (EnviroCentre, Climate Action Partnership) under agreement with The Corporation of the Town of Huntsville will access the personal information collected to process my application under BetterHomes Huntsville
I understand that all provided material becomes the property of the Town and, consequently, subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“MFIPPA”).
I understand that the Town may be compelled to disclose my personal information under formal MFIPPA access processes or as part of applicable laws and regulations. We recognize that the Town will undertake reasonable efforts to notify myself/us of requests for access to the information submitted to the Town of Huntsville and provide an opportunity to comment on and/or approve of the release, dependent on applicable law.
